Payment is expected at the time of service. We do not bill any insurance company for your payment. Please contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and coverage. If you do have coverage, we will provide the necessary information for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

We accept cash, check, and Visa and Mastercard.
